Throughout our lives we hear little phrases that end up taking root in our subconscious until they become absolute truths and generate automatisms that can limit us in our lives and our health.
Target
Provide interested audiences with key information and available alternatives for working on their limiting beliefs.

Gandhi understood this even before several scientific studies went in this direction: our beliefs have considerable power over our lives.
How many times in our lives do we find ourselves in a state of discomfort because:
- a traumatic memory, an irrational phobia, anxiety or stress hold us back and fatigue us;
- our health status does not improve despite our efforts;
- We would like to improve a situation/accomplish a dream but can’t.
These are just a few examples, behind which lies a great truth: we spend much of our lives assimilating information and beliefs that become limiting factors in our daily actions.
The good news is that it is possible to change these beliefs to reach our full potential for health, well-being and happiness.
The program
During this one-hour workshop, we will explore the workings of our subconscious mind to understand how to improve our lives personally and professionally and finally free ourselves from limiting beliefs that prevent us from progressing toward health and well-being.
